SUMMARY
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals for comprehensive corridor improvement works in Lake Country, BC along Bottom Wood Lake Rd (Beaver Lake Rd to 9950 BWL Rd) and construction of a multi-use pathway along Beaver Lake Rd from Jensen Rd to Bottom Wood Lake Rd.
Substantial Performance for all Work must be achieved no later than September 24, 2021.
Execution of a Contract resulting from this RFP is subject to receipt of grant funding, which the District anticipates will be received before April 30, 2021.
Note: the Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2009 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of the RFP.
