SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing comprehensive corridor improvement works in Lake Country, BC on Davidson Road between McGowan Road to Camp Road. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is Davidson Road (between McGowan Road and Camp Road), Lake Country, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Maximum Budget: No Maximum Budget is being stated for this RFP. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2009 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. Respondents should note that names of ‘Registered Plan-takers’ for this RFP will appear publicly in the Bids&Tenders System. |
