SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals to perform pavement renewal and chip sealing / repairs along Shanks Road in Lake Country, BC. The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2009 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. Respondents should note that names of ‘Registered Plan-takers’ for this RFP will appear publicly in the Bids&Tenders System. |
