Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals to complete road repairs and associated works at Janet Court, Lake Country, BC, which was damaged by a burst watermain in the summer of 2019. The main scope of the project includes the following work: • Re&Re 40m of chain-link fence • Construction of 18m2 of retaining wall c/w tie back reinforcement • Reinstate embankment • Repair approximately 55m2 of roadway Substantial Performance for all Work must be achieved no later June 30, 2020. Note: the Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2009 Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. |
