SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from organizations experienced in municipal water and wastewater SCADA instrumentation and controls. The purpose of the RFP is to select one preferred service provider that will perform most of the District’s SCADA instrumentation and control services, on an ‘if, as and when required’ basis, over the next 3 years. Instrumentation and control services required may include; design, engineering, in-field support, programming, plus supply and installation of new instrumentation and control systems. There will be no minimum or guaranteed quantity of services. It is estimated that the value of individual projects, or the total value of services required under the contract each year will not exceed $300,000 (excluding GST). The District reserves the right to issue separate public competitions for individual projects, including where the value of those individual projects exceeds $200,000 (excluding GST).
