SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals for the design, supply and installation of a replacement audio system for the District’s council chambers located at the Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road, Lake Country, BC.
Schedule: The District has a preference for the on-site work to be completed during the Council summer recess period from July 21 to August 23, 2021. If on-site work cannot be completed during this period, then it must be completed in the two-week periods between Regular Council meetings (details provided herein). All Equipment must be fully installed and commissioned, before September 30, 2021 at the very latest. Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $75,000 (to include both GST and PST) available for all equipment and services identified in this RFP. This RFP document sets-out: the details of the replacement audio system plus ancillary services required; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal.
