SUMMARY: Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals from organizations, that are experienced in performing construction works in-and-about a stream under a BC Water Sustainability Act Section 11 permit, to perform erosion repair construction works on Middle Vernon Creek in Lake Country, BC. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of this RFP. A summary of key details is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is Middle Vernon Creek (in the vicinity of the rear of 9830 Bottom Wood Lake Road), Lake Country, BC, as shown on the Drawings. Maximum Budget: No maximum budget is being stated for this RFP. Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents. Respondents should note that names of ‘Registered Plan-takers’ for this RFP will appear publicly in the Bids&Tenders System. |
