Summary:

Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from organizations experienced in conducting condition assessments to detect leaks and air pockets in water main transmission lines, to perform such services for the following portions of water transmission mains within Lake Country, BC:

  • Base Scope of Services: 7.2 km of water transmission main.
  • Optional Scope of Services (to be added to Base Scope if budget allows): 7.7km of water transmission main.

Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $100,000 (excluding GST) available for the Services.

Timeline: all Services, including the delivery of final reporting and analysis, must be completed no later than March 31st, 2025.
