Summary:

Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from organizations experienced in the development of water utility service strategies, plus municipal local service area processes, to deliver a Local Service Area Strategy for water service in the Carr’s Landing area of the District of Lake Country, British Columbia. 

The main goal of this contract will be to create a strategy that will be brought to residents of Carr’s Landing, for the District to then implement the Local Service Area process.

Method:  Respondents to this RFP are invited to propose their own method / approach to achieving the key tasks and deliverables outlined herein. All services and deliverables are to be complete before December 31, 2024.

Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $125,000 plus GST available for the selected consultant to deliver the strategy and all associated services.
